Abigail began working for Jeff Thornsberry and Roy Oswalt at 44 Prime in 2021, taking on her very first restaurant job. What started as an unknown opportunity quickly became one of the best decisions she has ever made, introducing her to a hospitality-driven environment that sparked a genuine love for the industry.

While attending college, her growing interest in hospitality and mixology helped her realize this was the path she was meant to pursue. Since then, she has continued to sharpen her skills, expand her knowledge, and embrace the energy that comes with creating memorable guest experiences.

As The Ranch opens, she is excited to take on new responsibilities and help inspire that same passion for learning in others. She looks forward to helping build an environment that is both welcoming and challenging, where team members are encouraged to grow, push themselves, and become their best. She is grateful to be part of this next chapter and excited for all that is ahead.
